What happens if you book a trip from December 25 Xmas to December 29th to Okinawa? How does the new GOTO Travel rules affect this plan? Its it exempt or still ok?

A great way to celebrate Fathers Day Kong-san. My father was a military man that met my mother in Okinawa and I was probably one of the first Hapa's on the island. We traveled extensively due to his assignments and during elementary school he became a single father raising two children. We followed him thru Japan, Korea, Thailand, Guam, San Francisco, Kentucky, Italy and Germany... all the while he did his best to not burn our dinner as cooking was not his specialty. I most remember he gave up an opportunity for promotion so my sister and I could finish out our high school years in Germany. Always selfless and always there for us unconditionally. He is a quiet strong minded Sicilian from the Bronx with a heart of gold. Just a few words about my pops. My best to all the fathers out there. Mahalo.
