Good question. Different ppl will give different answers. I think for most it represents the balance of both power and speed. Ichiro, at the moment, has more stolen bases (speed) than Ohtani, but not the same number of home runs. On the other hand, Matsui he’d lots of home runs (power), but not as many stolen bases as Ichiro (speed). Whereas Ohtani possesses both power and speed.
