mikehuntez what would make you think, even for a second, that the actions of 3 rogue 13 year olds represent the mentality of the entire nation ?

To suggest that an agency can keep an artist on top for 20 years regardless of their pulling power is ludicrous nylex.

flipdinip what are you talking about ? Aussie schools are by no means perfect but the criticisms youre making and particularly your opening sentence beggars belief.13 year old kids dont know any better ???? They bludgeoned an animal to death, you dont have to TEACH people not to do that.

SMAP as musicians are very very much below average. They know that and their fans know that..Smap is more about the banter, they're all over the TV mostly as individuals in talk shows with usually just 1 song on their own show.

3.5 hour show should have their fans satisfied until the next show in another 2 years...congratulations if they were THAT bad they wouldnt have had the longevity they've had here.

You want respect? Then stop cowering around with your tail between your legs telling everybody it's all just too hard and get a backbone .This is what this 'Hafu Project ' is all about ..courage...anything and everything else is irrelevant. If you dont want to join in stay in your room and mope

I'm definitely not trying to divert attention limbo. All I'm saying is its not going to go away and will follow and pop up from time to time for the rest of their lives no matter where they are.To me this project is trying to weaken that by getting off their non-existent self-pitying butts and educating the Japanese public to 'issues common with bi-racial Japanese families'AND showing people with similar backgrounds how others are dealing with it.

and limboinjapan when your daughter returns to her own country your confident she wont be subject to similar acts of outcasting ?...Tell me a country in the world where this absolutely doesnt happen. When you enter into marriage with someone of a different nationality and vastly different culture you need to do so fully understanding these things are probable, and when they do, suck it up unflappably.

'..a group of young “hafu” are exploring what their experiences mean for the future of Japan...'(paragraph 1) So the 'hafus' according to the top posters are committing acts of racism and divisiveness against themselves ?????Did you actually read who the organizers are and what theyre trying to achieve ?? Theyre trying to educate and assimilate not isolate.

People please understand that this young lady is one of the most prolific music selling artists(domestic)that this country has ever produced so of course an announcement like this is going to generate immense interest..please save the comparisons to Janet Jackson and well, she didnt make it in USA so she mustnt be much mentality, its nonsensical.

For all you critics see for yourself on youtube..contrary to what some have said here the animals are in prime athletic shape and couldnt be more gentle with each other,as I said its a contest of strength, stamina and courage,I think 'fight' is a poor description, its a contest..and a boring spectacle at that

Posted in: A lot of bull See in context

As I said no injuries..you make it sound like its an action-fest when in reality they stand head to head in a battle of strength and stamina for an interminably long boring period.look at the picture, see anything other than boredom ?Note the children in attendance,Mummys bought them here to watch animal heads being cracked open and their eyes gouged...total exaggeration from nuttsy

nutsagain get over yourself its just bulls wrestling, they dont get a sword thrust thru their shoulder blades on completion,I've seen it too,the biggest injury their likely to get is a torn hammy.

Well done to Spain, but how did the officials miss the corner Holland should have been awarded prior the immediate counter that lead to Iniesta's goal ???? Anyhow, rather see the game decided like this than by penalty shots...

Posted in: Missed See in context

I have staunchly supported Japan thru this tournament and yes they did well and should be proud..BUT on their first 30 minutes last night they deserved to be eliminated it would have been unjust for Paraguay to be eliminated by a side who played so poorly and should never have got to a penalty shootout.
