So childish. Well, they share the same DNA as their NK neighbor. What do you think? This is not a surprise.
Uh what? If I am not mistaken Japanese population and Korean population share close DNA. It's like 80% similar.
And since we are at the topic of beer. Japanese beer I could never understand its popularity.
During my years in Japan I had the pleasure of seeing European and American come to Japan and drink Japanese domestic beer and telling me it tastes like crap. Must be Japanese marketing for Koreans even to import that much to start with.

If you argue it the same way. Korean Chinese can file a peronal lawsuit against Japan and its perfectly ok to do so regardless of treaty of 1965.
It is just the stance of Japanese government stating everything was taken care of the 1965 treaty and its not.
You can see this nonsense just by following court cases even filed by Japanese in Japan and US.

The people posting here seem to understand the issue that caused this and are the ones really brainwashed.
The 1965 Treaty between SK and Japan and the San Francisco Treaty is a framework to waive legal responsibility of governments.
In the Treaty of San Francisco that was reached with the Allies in 1952, Japan abandoned its right to make claims resulting from the war. When victims of the atomic attacks filed lawsuits in Japan, Japan argued that individuals still had the right to make claims but had lost their right to diplomatic protection. In other words, the Japanese government could not take action to claim damages on behalf of Japanese citizens from the US or other Allied countries, but individuals who had suffered damage could still receive compensation by personally filing lawsuits in those countries. This argument was framed to absolve the Japanese government of the legal responsibility for its own citizens.

The shrinkage in the deficit is due to Korean exports to Japan rising faster than imports. Between January and September, exports to Japan climbed 45.6 percent year-on-year to 29.2 billion dollars, whereas imports rose just 8.9 percent to 51.7 billion dollars.

“There was an upsurge in demand for Korean goods from Japanese firms, which were slowly shifting to outsourcing but suddenly faced the double whammy of the earthquake and a strong currency,” Park Ki-im, a senior researcher of the Institute For International Trade, a think tank affiliated with the trade body, said in the report.

To say it was "orchestrated" by the Japanese is a rephrase, read exactly word for word.
"However, especially with Yu-na, other skaters always get in the way of her jump course. And the other skaters are mostly Japanese skaters."
"This has been a set pattern in every competition, so it is hard to say it is just a coincidence."
So this has been a recurring pattern here, I think they have right to complain. So I don't think Kim is a brat for bring this up. If it wasn't on purpose, then it wasn't an accident, so I think they can bring this up to prevent further problems. I don't see any harm with them bringing the issue.

roomtemperature,
it is not the Korean media, her coach was the one to notice and make an unofficial complaint.
Reporter Sung-hun Lee It is a commonly accepted practice in figure skating not to get in the way of a skater who is attempting a jump. However, especially with Yu-na, other skaters always get in the way of her jump course. And the other skaters are mostly Japanese skaters. This has been a set pattern in every competition, so it is hard to say it is just a coincidence. This "orchestrated" collision was at its worse during 4CC. Brian Orser said, one particular Japanese skater always skates in and out of the Yu-na's Jumping passes and complained about it (although the reporter didn't say he made an official complaint).
