Posted in: Smith apologizes to Rock; Academy to launch review See in context

Everyone knows that if you go to the Oscars and a comedian comes out, YOU can be the subject of their jokes. No one is exempt. Will Smith and his wife knew this, and Will Smith wants to get angry and resort to violence when the comedian jokes at them?

Where was all that bravado towards his wife's lovers when his wife told him she was cheating on him and broadcast his tears to the entire world?

All Will Smith showed the world is that he is a bully.

Posted in: Putin wants 'unfriendly countries' to pay rubles for gas See in context

Pres. Putin must be bonkers if he thinks that the exchange will be in the Ruble's favor now. He's trying to barter from a position of weakness, and he has only himself to blame.

Business is war.

The figure skater popped in December and was still allowed to compete? Yet they near insta-banned the sprinter?

This doesn't make sense.

Oh man, this is bittersweet. I'm glad that Sega is still making moves, but to change the name... It's like Honda changing their name to "CarTech."

Posted in: Microsoft to buy gaming giant Activision Blizzard for $69 bil See in context

Whether you're a fan of Microsoft or not, you can't fault their strategy here.

It's not a console war anymore, it's a content war.

Microsoft (with gamepass) is just ahead of the curve.

I'm a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ and his teachings. That being said, I'm not gay and have no interest in being so. If you are gay, it's your business and I won't hate you and I'll treat you like you are another human being. If you're of good character, I'll be glad to call you friend.

As for sin, I believe that God will judge us all. So, I'll let go and let God.

I agree with @ Fighto! Hamilton is the GOAT. There's no denying that in my mind.

He won't even be able to set up a Tesla dealership there. Anyone in Texas will have to order their vehicle online and pick it up in another state. It doesn't make sense.

People should really look at what's happening in India before they decide to cram together and travel. I know that we're all eager to get things back to normal, but we won't get there until we can get the virus under control. It's time to think of the other person now instead of ourselves.

Wow...

This man was probably the greatest Mayor that New York City had ever seen. He cleaned up Times Square and saw the city through a horrible act of terror. He could've just rested on his laurels and he deserved every accolade he was given. But now...

Look how far this man has fallen..

There are far more people who will buy their product than will protest it.

The money always wins. It's their product and they can do whatever they want with it. If you don't like it, don't watch.

Posted in: GOP to let Trump fight election for weeks despite Biden's win See in context

President Trump has found a more lucrative way to make money other than real estate.

Politics.

His campaign raised close to a Billion dollars in donations and there's no way he's going out the door without grabbing as much in donations as he can.

Posted in: Could PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X be swansong for consoles? See in context

I don't think that this will be the last iteration of gaming consoles and here's why...

Bandwith caps. In the West, a lot of internet providers will throttle your service down or increase your fees if you go over your bandwith cap. Coupled with a lot of rural areas with low speeds, I don't see consoles going away anytime soon. Plus we're forgetting one major factor... They're profitable.
