Only in your world. In the real world it matters. He has an obligation to be truthful, like giving the square footage of his apartment.

How can this be "fraud" when any loans were repaid in full? 

He used fraudulent means to get the loan. That might be something you do as well and you're OK with it as long as you pay it back, but it's illegal. Do you do that?

The only option is to sell off his properties and cease doing business in the state of New York. Trump Tower will be taken away from him. He's always welcome to take the remaining cash and buy a small office building in Florida or something. Or maybe North Carolina. I'm sure he'll love the fame in that.

Hmmm…so does that mean that when your city government over bloasts your property and charges WAY too much tax on it, we can sue them too? 

Trump has people who fight valuations to lower property taxes. That's part of the rub. He has one set of valuations to pay taxes, another to get loans. If you have evidence that the state was overvaluing his properties, please post it. Otherwise it sounds like you just made it up out of thin air to have something to say.

His only option is an unlikely appeal. You should pin your hopes and dreams on that. Which will also fail.
