Keep hope alive . . . Trump could . . . maybe . . . one day before he fails to be re-elected . . . get something done/stop creating problems for himself.

Who an I kidding?! He'll just keep bumbling along and his supporters will keep defending the indefensible.

For those of you pushing the Japan as the victim angle, I have a question: Did Japan do anything reprehensible?

One news outlet making a mistake about what Comey would testify to is hardly the smoking gun proving he changed his testimony that you claim it is. Ever think the single source was simply incorrect?

And, another ship full of conservative cupcakes has blasted off for the unicornverse.

Why would Mueller not share his evidence with the public but the other investigatory bodies would?

A gang of lawyers is needed to investigate a complex issue. There being a gang of lawyers is not evidence that there is nothing to the issue, and it doesn't matter how many relatives you have in law enforcement or how many years you have worked in the media.

Yoinks! I'm not certain which is more disconcerting, the illogical, uncorroberated trash some people spew or that those people actually believe it.

My 8:55 p.m. post of June 23 disposed of the Comey leaked a government document nonsense.

Instead of making up excuses why there is no information regarding Comey going to testify that he never told Trump that Trump was not under investigation, try providing evidence.

The investigations into Trump and his campaign team have not concluded, so I suggest you wait before celebrating. Remember how well celebrating that Trump

wasn't under investigation went? It lasted less than a week before we found out he is under investigation.

Desperation is dripping off your post. You must be trying to convince yourself of that nonsense given it isn't convincing anyone that doesn't live in the unicornverse.

Good on the trio for taking action. They are models of what we should all aspire to be. I hope the truck driver recovers fully and that Nagahara's car is replaced.

Hawaii was annexed by the US in 1898. The Philippines was also annexed in 1898, but the Philippine-American War ended in 1902. See any issues with your timeline of Japan being next on the list? I'm sure the US was just waiting for 40 plus years to make it's move.

I fail to see how Japan was a victim in WWII. That is like saying a rapist that is shot by the person he raped is the victim. The logic that Japan was the victim because it was heavily bombed leads to the conclusion that Germany was also a victim.

If the bombing of Pearl Harbor occurred before the clandestine groups ever took action, then the U.S. did not initiate military action before Pearl Harbor.

If the US had not supported Chiang Kai-shek, the Japanese military would have raped, murdered, and pillaged even more.

My search of leaks regarding what Comey would testify to yielded nothing regarding anyone saying he was going to testify that he never told Trump that Trump was not under investigation. When I asked for links, I got more "every leak and media report told us." Simple links would support this assertion.

Since the evidence that Comey changed his testimony allegedly lies in the leaks about what he would testify to, without being able to read that information, it looks as if Comey did not change his testimony.

Now that Fox has released the takkkng points about collusion between Comey and Mueller, it's only a matter of time before Trumpologists/Trump's Trolls/Putin's Posters start spewing that nonsense.

What's to stop Mueller and Comey from colluding to get impeachment rolling? (This is not a legitimate question.) The law, for one. Integrity, for another. Unfortunately, Trump neither respects the law or has integrity, so his disciples prolly won't understand. Comey and Mueller have a long history of actual respect for the law, and it strains reasonability to speculate they would break the law to get impeachment started.

The right must be desperate considering the digging it is doing to try and stop this self-inflicted sheeit-show.

Wrong. Comey took the notes when he was still FBI director, aka, a federal employee; hence, what he wrote was the property of the U.S. Government

Poor amateur . . . Your logic would result in any writing of any federal employee being the property of the federal government, including every love letter from a buck private in the Army to his lady back home. I highly recommend you re-read Title 18 before commenting again, after you do, please cite a chapter of Totle 18. You are playing with adults now, not your cohort at Texas A&M.

Comey noted the contents of his conversations with Trump in Comey's capacity as a private citizen. This means his memos were personal and not property of the federal government. Additionally, Comey was trained as a lawyer. Every lawyer knows that if you take contemporaneous notes of a conversation, those notes are admissible as evidence regarding the substance of that conversation as an exception to the rule against hearsay. (FRE 803 (5)).

The people in Texas, aside from not understanding the contours of Tirle 18, also think Texas could stand alone as an independent country. This is to say that they can go ahead and make all the hats and t-shirts they want but they will still be incorrect.

The saying is, "As California goes, so goes the coumtry,"

not, "As Texas goes, so goes the country." (Before you bring up California going for Clinton, but Trump becoming president; I would remind you that the popular vote reflects the will of the people. And, that Clinton trounced Trump by 2.8 million in the popular vote.)

When it comes to the multiple Russian investigations, Putin's Poster constantly claim they know there is nothing because no evidence has been leaked. In the same breath, these Trump Trolls claim that nobody knows whether Trump has tapes despite Trump directly saying he doesn't.

I know what Trump is going to tweet tomorrow. Now, I'm not directly saying I communicate with Trump . . .

Lol! The poster Trump Troll that commented on my list of Trump lies didn't even bother delineating which were lies and which were exaggerations. That poster also got facts about inner-city crime and African American communities. Not surprising at all.

Cereal and milk have to be intentionally mixed, like certain posters do with Lynch, Clinton, Obama, and Trump.

There's the Lynch reference again. Lynch, Clinton, and Obama are to conservatives what crack is to addicts. Yikes.

It isn't as simple as Trump never directly saying he had tapes. You see, people don't always directly say things - which should not be a surprise for people living in Japan - they imply things. It is weak logic to use the excuse that he did not directly say he had the tapes when he heavily implied he did.

Here is something Trump has actually gotten correct:

"I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn't lose voters."

It's sad that he didn't reveal why he wouldn't lose voters, but those of us that have critical thinking skills know why.
