Good luck with that! With all the fighting inside the party, I doubt they can agree with other parties. At least as long as Ozawa-yaro is there.

I guess they didn't have a choice to go with the quad core, since Intel stopped manufacturing them a long time ago.

I played with one last weekend. It's faster and thinner than the first one, but the camera is pure garbage. The quality is lower than a 10 year old phone. All the pictures look compressed and full of artifacts. Apple should have spent 50円 more to put a decent one. But that's for the iPad 3.

It was inevitable. My bet is they wanted to increase tax, but a reconstruction tax is more voters' friendly than raising consumption tax.
Too bad they can't tax kick backs.

So the problem is not that they don't have hot water or baths. It's old people don't like the bath's shape... Just go for sponge bath then.

IMHO, the markup is too big for active glasses for the big TV manufacturers to make them universal.

If everybody's like this, the economy will tank.
How to make people spend? Plenty of electricity would be a start to power restaurants, shops and pachinko parlors. When you don't have the basics, you're not thinking of buying a new car, go to a spa or buy unnecessary stuff.

They look like fools. This is not the time for cosplay! Might as well dress up as Ultraman, Gundam or Sailormoon to save the day!
They even wear them at diet. It doesn't look serious. If they were at the power plant or somewhere in Tohoku, then it would be ok; in Tokyo, strange.

What!?! No seppuku?
I can give them that they improved their briefings' looks by removing the guys writing stuff on white board and scotchtaping papers to it. It looked disorganized and incompetent. The rest looks like a giant mess and IMHO TEPCO's suits are spending as much energy covering stuff up to save themselves and limit the fees/lawsuits then to solve the plants problems.

To prevent people from voting something else, even tho they don't live in Tokyo. Survey usually have an option that says "don't apply", "don't know" or "don't want to answer".

How many people who left/are leaving smokes?
Afraid of a little bit more radiation that according to scientists won't affect your health vs smoking which will kill you or at least reduce your life expectancy by 15 years. It also contains radioactive carcinogens (lead-210 and polonium-210). (^_-)

No. China has better censorship than them, so I guess most of their citizen don't even know what happened.
As for North Korea, people are so brainwashed they don't have to worry about the population. Kim III might suffer from an "accident" at the hands of the army, when Kim II dies tho.

I'd say drop everything that is not a sport people do (like bobsled or ski jumping). Don't really see the point of skeleton or luge, when the time difference between the 1st and last is 0.025 sec. Women hockey. All the team to goes against Canada and US, lose with scores like 15-0. Even the goalie can get an hat-trick. Boring.
I like curling. I played 2 or 3 times. It's tougher than it looks, specially when you're not good... or not sober.
