all he had were a bunch of unsupported allegations, more lies and irrelevant complaints about paintings. Even IF there is campaign finance violations, its just a monetary fine. moving on.

lol More lies? Like lying individual #1? haha Hey, how about those signatures on the checks? Yeah, that isn't just a fine. Donny is going to jail. Trumpies keep forgetting Cohen is going to jail in part campaign finance violations.

And by the way, none of these things were done by Cohen in order to help Trump. In fact, they had absolutely nothing to do with Trump

You know what does have to do with Trump though, and is oddly missing from your list of Cohen crimes? The setting up of Essential Consulting to pay Stormy Daniels in violation of campaign finance laws. That has everything to do with Individual 1. Hee hee;)

As a bonus:

Matt Gaetz is now being investigated by the Florida bar for witness tampering. What is it about Trump that makes crooks out of everyone?!

Sorry, it’s not an impeachable offense, thank God.

That was never my claim. My claim was Trump lied. That is fact. He ordered Cohen to conceal payment of illegal campaign contributions. Also a fact.

And for what's its worth, it very well may be an impeachable offense. That is whatever congress decides.

A lie is a lie.

And Trump lied as well. About the same things. Both crooks. Not my opinion, that is what the indictments say. See individual 1.

I never said that, but unlike the smartest people on JT, if Mueller would have thought that would be the golden cow, we would have known, since this President has been in office, keeping anything negative towards him a secret is virtually impossible.

Lol that is exactly what you said. Bass Today  03:30 pm JS

But its its not a crime, has nothing to do with Russia and this was all done before he was President which he had every right to make whatever could embarrass him go away.

Ok, and?

And you tried claiming is liar. Well sure he is, but so is true. If Cohen has documentation why should anyone believe a known liar like Trump?

Lol except it is a crime, Bass. Cohen pleaded guilty to making excessive campaign violations. Individual 1 is in fact the president. Whoever told you its not criminal to hide campaign contributions does not know what they are talking about.

Even if it isn't a crime. It proves he lied, just like I said.

since he already has established himself twice as a liar, who can verify and prove that he wouldn’t be lying again?

The documents, Bass. The documents. If the documents back up his story, it doesn't matter if he lied before. Let the docs do the talking.

Trumpies are setting themselves to look foolish here.

We May never know

Good on you for admitting the president isn't clean. A couple of things here:

1) Trump's reputation isn't any better. Remember when he denied know anything about making payments to stormy Daniels? We know now that wasn't true.

2) I am sure and congress is well aware of Cohen's reputation. Fortunately, though, there are documents. And it wouldn't be a stretch to assume Cohen can back up his assertions with documents.

There's that word:

generally

If I pay my lawyer to go rob a bank for me, do you think that falls under attorney client privilege? Of course not.

If I have my lawyer arrange to pay off a lawyer I've slept with whilst running for public office, do you think that falls under attorney client privilege? Of course not.

Now, I am also wondering what other criminal activity Cohen aided Trump in.

So where can I inquire about purchasing a condo at Trump Tower Moscow? Oh right.....it doesn’t exist! (Except in liberals imagination)

As Lincolnman has already pointed out. Donald lied about his involvement in Russia. He publicly claimed to have no business Russia while actively trying pursuing deals in Russia.

Let's say Trump is completely clean, not a corrupt bone in his body; why wouldn't the government of Russia be in prime position to blackmail Trump? They know his public statements don't match his private actions.

admit, I don’t know, I’m not in these people’s heads

But there's IS a totally legal, not at all sketchy, reason to lie to investigators isn't there? Its not possible that individual 1 committed a crime, everyone is corrupt. Right? ;)

Not defeat, I just admit that I’m not an all seeing mystical and magical liberal.

Oh really? Of course you are all seeing and all knowing. Let's have a look:

Why did Mueller overlook Hillary’s Uranium One deal with Russia?

Uhh...probably because it went through the proper channels, multiple channels, and despite being a registered Republican, looks at the facts, and isnt given to partisan birdcage liner?

Why is it that Trump haters are ok with a bogus witch hunt that has ONLY Democrat lawyers and doners?

Define bogus? Hahahaha ha how many guilty pleas? How many charged? Well beyond "bogus" now.

How is that fair, why if Trump haters that believe in the rule of law are ok with this?

Because of silly rightwing fantasy, there is 0 proof that any of this is illegal.

But you DO more, don't you, than Mueller. You read all the rightwing news sources, so you know more than Mueller, don't you? Forget the numerous convictions of Trumpies and forget thr fact that 0 of the people you have mentioned have been charged, you just know they're all guilty and Mueller is partisan hack, don't you? Absolutely hilarious.

Love the Trumpie logic here;

So, Trump's associates all lied about the same thing, and in doing so comitted crimes such as perjury or lying to investigators, but there could be perfectly good, and very legal, reasons to this. Hahahahahaha totally, makes a lot of sense.

The only important thing is missiles are no longer heading towards Japan regularly, as they were under Obama. Trump stopped that. Give him credit please. Citizens of Hokkaido would be sleeping well at night.

You have a rather poor memory, because missile launches peaked during the Trump administration. Give Trump credit for a crisis he manufactured? No thanks.

Yes, it’s treasonous when you plot the removal of the President or you conspire to wear a wire in order to entrap the President to make a case.

Lololol That's still not treason, and what they entrap totally above board Donny on. Its almost like you're acknowledging Donny for the amoral fraud that he is.

Physical or mental incapacitation.

Or inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said office. You left that part out. Does saying, "'I don't care. I believe Putin'" sound like the kind of thing a president of sound mind would utter?

No, the 25 amendment was implemented to use if the President were shot as in Reagan’s case or if the President is mentally or physically incapacitated completely unable to function without the aid to perform their Presidential duties. Trump doesn’t meet any of those criteria’s.

Oh I see, that very different. So when was Clinton incapacitated in office?

3 ( +5 / -2 )

Posted in: Trump calls discussions about removing him 'treasonous' See in context

Yup, and treason is a crime. Time to start arresting people.

Umm no, discussing the removal of POTUS is provided for in the 25th Amendment. Nothing treasonous or even illegal about it.

He recounts a meeting he did not attend but was witnessed by another FBI agent, in which Trump reportedly said he did not believe North Korea had missiles capable of reaching the United States because Putin had told him that.

!!!! Take Trump out of the equation; if any other president was dumb enough to mouth off such a statement, what would the reaction be? That's what needs to be investigated.

No, we didn’t know either with Kavanagh or Stone but liberals said unequivocally, they’re guilty.

“If” at this point there is No “if” he did, so what should happen to him?

How do you know, where you there when it happened?

Just because police are asking for a follow up interview doesn't mean he did something. And you weren't there so you don't know what happened.

It always amazing me when certain posters claim to know as much or more than the people actually on the case.

Yes, let’s not do anything about it. Typical liberal think process, keep the borders open and let everyone and all drugs in and when more people die

Get a grip, bass. The border obviously isn't too porous if they're catching traffickers at BORDER CHECKS.

Even liberal media is announcing it as a “wall” now. Let it go.

Well, we all know how the media lies, right? ;) funny how its believable when you want it to be, but its all a lie when you don't like it.

And again, they're reporting the news. They're not the arbitter of whether its a wall or whether Trump really will get his money for the wall on his own, they're reporting what he is claiming.

Ok, that’s your opinion, you can tell me how many people don’t want it and I can show you the opposite and I really could care less what these

hahahahaha No, its not my opinion. Every single congressperson representing areas along the border is against Trump's idiotic wall. I love your answer, its literally not my opinion, you just can't stand the fact that EACH AND EVERYONE CONGRESSPERSON representing districts ALONG THE BORDER disagrees with you.

Why aren’t Democrats for it, what changed, do they like drugs, they care more about illegals than Americans, they were worried about the opioid crisis and now they support it. Back at you as well.

No, silly, that's not how this works. I watched your links and I replied to your (silly) posts. We're a bit beyond "Democrats" as well, considering even Will Hurd, a Republican congressman representing Texas border territory is also opposed to Trump's dumb wall. I guess you know and Trump know more than him? :D

Look at our pourous border, the border the Dems say there’s no crisis, the same border where we had one of the biggest opioid drug busts in history.

hahahahahaha That drug bust was at a port of entry. A wall wouldn't have prevented that. Too funny. http://time.com/5517842/largest-opioid-fentanyl-bust-border-patrol/

They can go anywhere they like, if they want to come to the US, please do so legally,

Except you want to make it more difficult to come here legally, don't you? Of course you do.

we can’t and don’t need to take loads and loads of caravans and we can’t even take care of our own.

Oh please, Trumpies aren't interested in taking care of their own.

If the best you have is “I’m gonna sure you because I lost” that’s not much

Actually it is a salient point though. If you knew anything about the constitution, and you its obvious you don't, you'd know that congress controls the purse strings. Where does Donny go thinking he can work around the constitution to do whatever he wants? Like I said, the courts are going to roll up the constitution and smack Donny around like Stormy Daniels.

I won't open the links you sent because you didn't say what subjects were being addressed.

I'll do you a solid, PT:

The first was a video from a random lady at the border, claiming the cartel runs the border.

The next second video was from Blaze TV Glen Beck, talking about how Democrats had voted for a border wall in 2013

The final video is from Fox News? Business? about the border wall GoFundme.

None of which, as all can see, have any more than a scant relation to anything discussed here.

@wc

Trump will get the funding eventually for his wall, barrier, fence whichever you prefer to call it.

How is that? You controlled both houses of congress and the whitehouse, yet couldn't build a wall. How do you figure its going to happen now?

I wish caravan after caravan (freeloaders) would quit marching to US border demanding entry. They’re really causing a stir in US politics.

Lol No they're not. Maybe on Breitbart, but not for most people. And, can we decide; are they stealing our jobs or are they freeloading? Which is it?

But funny how these politicians have been getting fatter pockets and the people who never get interviewed have little to say, as if they would know since they have all the security they need, they just have to deal with it and then liberals panic when they hear about opioid deaths, but want to legalize marijuana.....honestly, Democrats are all over the place. Unbelievable.

Stop changing the subject, Bass. None of them are in favor of Trump's dumb wall. If there really was a crisis, why are none of them in favor of it? I guess none of them care about the districts and the constituents that elected them to office? totally ;)

And if you had even bothered to read any of the links I posted, you'd see that, gasp, they were interviewed! Another sad attempt at deflection.

Good luck spinning that one. Lol

No spin here, bass. Why couldn't the mayor of Tijuana be bigoted? Because he's Mexican? Ridiculous, and bigoted.

Yes, I do find it interesting that most of the people that are polled are either in Blue States...I think California would be one and

No Bass, I'm talking about the congresspeople who represent the 9 districts along the US border. None of them are in favor of Trump's dumb wall. If there really was a crisis, why are none of them in favor of it? Not a crisis.

But, but, I thought the wall is what the American people wanted? If they're up for re-election, shouldn't they be FOR the wall?

how most of the democrats were offered to go down to the border and they didn’t, where as the Republicans dig and could see right before the very eyes the lawlessness that was taking place as well as the apprehensions that were taking place

Oh, I see Bass, very interesting. Is that why NONE of the politicians, Republican or Democrat, representing border territory are in favor of the dumb border wall? ;)

6 ( +7 / -1 )

Posted in: Trump to sign border bill, but also declare emergency seeking wall funds See in context

Dems in power just do what they want anyway, was there a precedent for Obamacare or to create DACA? Nope. Was it done anyway? Yep.

lolz So, if there's a precedent for something, then its okay and if not, its not okay? By that logic, we'd still have slavery and women wouldn't be voting.

Who cares if there is not precedent for something? Let's talk about what should be done. And if this dumb wall should be built, why did all congress people, Republican and Democrat alike, vote in favor of a continuance resolution without funding for the wall? Its not needed, and not going to happen.

Now its just whining about national emergencies and the precedent it would set if he does it. (hes doing it, there is no IF)

and then the courts will roll up a copy of the constitution and smack him around with it like Stormy Daniels. Can't wait;)

Reminds me of the scene in Austin Powers where Dr. Evil asks, "Why make trillions, when we could make....trillions?"

"Why settle for $5 billion when I could settle for $1.37 billion?" Pure brilliance, Donny's going to talk the Democrats down to $0 by the time its all done.
