I found that many girls in Japan are obsessed with the gap between their legs that result from very little fat and muscle. It starts to look quite bad when that gap looks like it's wide enough to fit another one of their stick legs

Isn't that terrible? They're supposed to have those tiny 'triangles' formed between their legs and bottom and in order to have that triangle, your thighs are supposed to touch. I prefer my girls to have that, rather than bird legs. :|

I once read somewhere that Japanese women, the extremely fashion concious ones maybe?, consider 50-55kg your weight limit and if you're over that, you're automatically fat. No matter what your height is, you're just fat. More often then not, girls with more weight on them look better than stick thin girls, and honestly the ones with more weight on them, you'd never expect their weight to what it is, because they don't look fat. If you're healthy, and you look good.. Does it matter if you weigh more than another girl who looks sickly and is at risk for so many things because of their dangerously low weight?

Oh, and you're sure to find them in places with Japanese immigrants. If there are a "large" amount of immigrants around, you're sure to find some around. I'd imagine you can find it in Seattle.. My old neighborhood had a lot of Koreans, so therefore we had lots of Korean stores and thus, almost every single Korean brand you could imagine was crammed into them. Most likely the same for Japanese.

@goddog I'm sure you are able to get off the internet, they have online asian "markets".. Never ordered from one but.. just a thought. Occasionally I'll see it in my local sushi place, every couple of months. I make sure to buy a few when I see them, they're not very consisent in supply. I've seen them in larger Asian markets, and if you go to Walt Disney World in Orlando, EPCOT's World Showcase's Japan pavilion has an endless supply of Calpis Soda, and several flavours as well! Plenty of Japanese drinks and food there... I stock up when I go there.

Ehh..this is a drama? I'll have to watch it~

Although.. I wonder.. Do they even have hearing aids available in Japan? Because clearly she's not deaf despite what people think.. (Hearing Impaired and Deaf are different.) Surely if she got hearing aids, they would help her even more than "written communication." HA helps me plenty, and I'd think "written communication" would drive me mad if I had to communicate with people like that when I get a job. It's nice to know they have schools that help though~

@ Yelnats I do believe Aibon is singing there.

Ahhh, I really hope to see her around here, even if this phone company doesn't make it big in America... but it'd be so wonderful to see her around! She's supposed to return to the USA in a year and sing Jazz in clubs of New York.. I'm definitely seeing her. :) Omedetou Kago-chan!

Ya think she'll really continue with her music career after getting married? Maybe UFA will give her enka songs like her fellow ex-member Kaori. -_-

I'm glad she's settling down and she's happy with it. :) Go Miki-sama!

17? Not even old enough to properly understand the prejudices that motivated the crime he's accused of

No way are you serious right now.
