who ask the US to allow guns everywhere? Even if someone has never seen or hold a gun, he or she would be tempted to pull the trigger if happens to have one in the hand. Guns are not toys and should not be legalized like that in the US.

The worst thing is Japanese people are not brave enough to stand up together to fight the government. There are some but just not enough........... shoganai as most would say...

They are just too dumb to know anything.
Stupidity cannot be cured. Stupidity is the only universal capital crime; the sentence is death. There is no appeal, and execution is carried out automatically and without pity.

Too late, and if the Japanese people took your advice who would be around to deal with the cleanup? Like it or not not everyone at TEPCO is evil, and like it or not, the government already has taken over much of TEPCO as well. And like it or not TEPCO is still producing needed electricity and is a necessity in the infrastructure of Japan. The government can't let TEPCO fail, if it did the costs to the rest of the economy would be catastrophic.
The Japanese government still think money is more important than lives.
