I may not be the brightest bulb on the shelf...but, why would anyone want to stand in the heat for a really long time to go see a flower that smells of dead bodies. Im sorry but in my job I smell that enough...it makes me sick. I don't really care to smell it on my days off.

Some of you are closed minded. Personally I think that one day I hope I can visit this convention. Cosplay is a way for people to show their love for a particular character from games and anime/manga. And some of the costumes used take alot of time to make. Some are also very diffucult to make. So instead of dissing these nice folks congratulate them. And please for those who are going enjoy the show.

All these electronics on a vehicle is the reason why I perfer older cars with mechanical parts. They are always reliable than electronics that can go out and as long as someone has the mechanical aptitude to understand how they work if they ever break they can be fixed.

Posted in: Do you think U.S. President Barack Obama is doing a good job as he finishes his first year in office? See in context

To those that said yes on this poll. What has he done but spend money and take vacations during a recession and push his ridiculously high priced healthcare bill that the lower middle class will pay for that and will kill one's grandmother when she gets sick at the age of 70. Don't blame me I voted McCain/Palin.

Posted in: Should President Barack Obama have bowed to the emperor while he was in Japan? See in context

Please correct me if I am wrong...I believe that not bowing to the Emporer of Japan is about as bad as not bowing to the Queen of England or in the Obama's case touching the Queen.

I just want our troops to come home. I have many friends who went to the service after high school. I think Obama is an idiot for taking too long.Honestly he hasn't done anything for anybody but made them mad.I truly think he should be impeached.

Why is that one person can change through government a tradition of something that has been around for a lot longer than that person was here and a lot longer than when they are gone?Instead of pushing their beliefs on the majority why don't they just not look at it?For example, I don't particualary care for rap music,I don't listen to it. I know there are people who do. But I am not going to try and stop it. This is the same way the US has gone. Seperation of church and state started alot of this in the 1970s when an atheist mother wanted to stop prayer in schools. She did and she was one person pushing her beliefs on others. I don't mind respecting someones beliefs of religion, sexuality, music, or what have you but don't try to convert me. Whatever happened to majority rules?
