Bashing the CCP is not the equivalent of bashing the Chinese people
Sadly, the bashers don't distinguish between the two, and imagine how Chinese people reading this site feel. It's certainly not going to improve China-Japan relations. Some of the views towards China on here border on fascist. That is absolutely disgusting.

They are the ones illegally occupying nations; crushing freedom demonstrations; committing ethnic genocide; threatening peaceful neighbors with annihilation
Wow, that sounds like how Japan once behaved and probably still would if they weren't stopped.
The problem with putting a halt to the Chinese government's behaviour is that freedom loving people, as you call them, don't want another war.
The way you often talk, mentioning missiles and military strategy straight out of Call of Duty, is exactly what freedom loving people don't want.
Dialogue with China is how Japan and America should proceed, not huddling in the white House gossiping and achieving nothing. Neither have the guts to confront China, and besides Taiwan, Japan doesn't really have any friends in Asia does it?

No one likes you, wants to deal with you, all or cares what you think
@fighto!
You aren't completely correct in saying this. I'm no fan of the Chinese government, but they aren't really 'Commies' are they, let's he honest.
I can separate people from government, like visiting China and generally like the people there.
I often have posts removed for 'bashing Japan', and that's fair enough, I suppose.
But the repetitive negative attacks on China on this site are dreadful. It makes you as bad as the government you attack, really.

I wonder if Zhao Lijian would drink a glass of water taken from the lower reaches of any Chinese river just before it meets the sea?
@harry_gatto
But that's irrelevant. The Chinese chap hasn't made ridiculous claims about the quality of any water type.
