Does anyone on staff know about details? i.e. Who?

This is a clear clause of her contract: A contract agreed to by her union. At 17 years service, her salary is certainly far above $200/week. ($1000.+) Staff health insurance in not the responsibility of taxpayers in a school district.

I saw many acts of violence against students for which teachers were praised by supervisors and parents; acts that would result in immediate dismissal in NYS where I was an elementary school principal. Little has changed in my 50+ years experience in Japan. It is a sad place to be a child.
