An obvious serious infringement of basic health and safety regulations here too. The perpetrator's shoe-mounted camera could have easily got fouled-up in the escalator mechanism when he attempted to disembark off it, causing severe injury and possible foot amputation, or the ruination of a first-rate piece of commercially valuable up-skirt footage.
