@GW - Of course the flash is the main light source as it always is so. But the fact that they used the back light and that she is not moving at all, proves that this shot was set up on purpose, hence, an advertisement. As for the fingerprints, they probably did a bunch of poses/takes and the ceiling is full of dust because no one ever goes in this bar of full, unopened bottles. Overall it is mere amateur work trying to look like something 'wild' or 'enticing' et al but it does not look so at all to my trained eye. It looks quite setup and fake, indeed. If you go to the bar, I bet you won't find this girl there.

Yeah, there is some flash in the shot, but usually not that much. If you look closely, you'll notice that the back light was purposely turned up and the girl isn't moving at all.
