Some of that stuff is true and what most in the comments say are true to, but from all the sweet talk, yea I can say many good compliments and Japanese women will highly interested in me. Then its kinda sad cause some I knew felt like they were in heaven one day, then cheated on the next and depressed like no other, cause they fell for the sweet talk one liner so easily from guys.

Posted in: Outrage grows over Shiga school's inaction over bullying See in context

I agree what earlier comment said, this happens in America to, teachers just plain ignore the circumstance, I remember LIFE is a japanese drama that sheds a light on how awful the teachers can just laugh and shrug a person getting bullied cause the bully's dad is either rich and can shut down the school, Korea's the same way. Suicides will continue to go up in Japan and across Asia if people don't start being open to each other and work as a community instead of being scared for themselves and not getting authorities involved.

I've heard some good japanese music over the years theres good pop and theres bad pop which most good jpop you won't ever here in mainstream media you gotta search around locally for great unpromoted singers, but the anime ish pop erks me but im more drawn to kpop, after getting into kpop in after around 2001, atleast it has some good vibes and beats to it, I don't care who be copying who it sounds good, it has style so enjoy, life to short to worry about who is original or not cause artist worldwide inspire off others if you don't know.

Posted in: High school teacher arrested for taking videos up students' skirts See in context

Girls don't need to change nothing, guys like that need to know how to handle themselves or they just can't get a woman for themselves so they got hide in the shadows with their fantasies and view school girls in such a bad way like that...sad situation. After seeing so many Koreans and of course Japanese girls in the shortest of knee knocker sock or whatever other princess cutsey fashion, you don't see me acting like that.

Posted in: Japan bets on overseas 'Japantowns' to boost economy See in context

I agree Elbuda Mexicano, if the proposed Japantown makes its way to towns in America besides NY and LA, then a bunch of anime crazy otakus will glady jump on board and the money will flow from them. They will hang around those places all day just like they do at the local bookstores reading manga on the floor anyways.

Posted in: Chiba woman stabbed to death at home See in context

Most the increase in violece in Japan i see is domestic or family murder type killings, its not like they're drive by shooting or walking up to someone on the street blowing their brains out so in a way still safe compared to usa lol, I feel someone in the family wanted something...more to the story will come to surface.

Posted in: 'Queen of Disco' Donna Summer dies, aged 63 See in context

Whitney..then beastie boy member..now Summers? All the hit singers of the late days going away, now we're stuck with kids not knowing who the good musicians were and think Lil Wayne is God of music or Drake(though he not so bad) but still their legacy needs to be carried on for the new generation to remember these greats!!! :(

Posted in: Why are Japanese so bad at English? See in context

All about hours of dedicating yourself and having the passion to learn. I assist a professor at a church in teaching english to not just Japanese, but Indian and Russian, although these are adults and not younger kids. And well the Japanese are learning pretty good, this one lady from India is having a really hard time with pronounctiation. :( So I think don't it is just Japanese, it matters on the person, I know have a Japanese friend speaking english with a british accent and even a know a Korean lady who has a great british accent as well.

Posted in: World’s first snaggletooth girl group formed See in context

Yea what is normal in America isn't the same in Japan, have to not be surprised. I recall an American actress they said her buck teeth make her pretty cute, and she stated she doesn't want to get them fixed even if she has alot of money.

Posted in: Over 25% of Japanese in their 20s have considered suicide See in context

I've had two Japanese friends who told me they wanted to die literally, one was younger who was kind of rich spoiled(butler the whole 9 yards), the other was a regular older adult who just told me she was tired of doing her typical job and being tired at the end of the day. Japanese government really needs to address this problem somehow they just kick everything under the rug in this corrupt political environment.

Really sad, Japanese Women openly trust and invite me to their homes..but on the other hand I know they should maybe think abit more when going to other countries though to meet a man or any person because Australia isn't Japan. To many weirdos waiting to take advantage of their kindness and do harm.

Posted in: Why does the existence of AKB48 bother so many readers of Japan Today (judging from the comments on the discussion board)? See in context

If people are bothered by AKB48 then they'll be bothered by Korea's represented pop group SNSD woo...they both are annoying but i guess they bring happiness to people so to each their own as they say. Of course we know there are better singing girl groups in asia that wear more clothing not skirts skipping to pop popyy pop but they aren't funded enough to be promoted like those girls.

Posted in: 8 Osaka teachers to be punished for refusal to sing national anthem See in context

Not surprised, I heard about teachers years ago not wanting to sing the anthem in class due to the history of what the Japan military did to Korean women when they invaded Korea, but just like Americans the past is the past and gotta try to move on.

Posted in: Yakuza involved in Fukushima clean-up: reporter See in context

Exactly, where theres money to be made, not surprised Yakuza involved, if people don't realize obviously its either a fad this year of Yakuza wanting to act like they helping citizens out for media gain lol, or they working on something behind the scenes as usual and this is only covering it up to make them look good. They love to help but guaranteed in the future there's a price.
