No where in the article does it state what it means for the restrictions in the daily lives of us citizens - only what the implications are for the economy.

We now know the true priorities of the government!

So that is what schools are for? Where is the parental responsibility?

Will it be a lockdown, or Japanese interpretation of a lockdown, i.e carry on as before but pretend we are in lockdown?
