An exhaust fan continuously expels air from the rear compartment out of the vehicle so that it will not be circulated to the forward compartment, preventing infection

I hope the air is suitably filtered before being expelled - not that some passerby on the street waiting to cross the road at the traffic lights end up getting infected!

Hospitals accepting patients would ne nice too!
