Seeing countless numbers of brainwashed nationalistic Japanese on popular websites such as YouTube, it is right that the emperor's message should be said.

I thought western readers would understand more about China by now...but reading the comments I am totally wrong. Not all Japanese women have nice skin. It's a bad generalization.

Prevalence of "nice skin" or "beautiful people" (both subjective) is largely linked to economic progress of a country. Richer citizens means better quality of life and therefore more time and money to spare on health, beautiful and of course, cosmetics.
