Posted in: Prosecutors probe 2 Americans for allegedly helping Ghosn escape See in context

The United States is not going to comply with a request to extradite citizens ACCUSED of an alleged crime. There needs to be evidence and proof that they are guilty of committing a crime. Rumours hearsay and second hand 'I think this is what happened' will not sway the United States justice system. Innocent until PROVEN Guilty, unlike Japan's Guilty until You PROVE Your Innocence or are Remorseful...

Posted in: Court extends Ghosn's detention until April 22 See in context

if there is so much evidence that Ghosn is guilty as alleged by saikawa, nissan and the prosecution, why isn't this case scheduled to go to trial. why is Ghosn being incarcerated for questioning and a confession of guilt.

the reason is because there is NO evidence supporting the allegations against Ghosn.

the allegations are not CRIMINAL, the allegations are convoluted narratives of justifiable (and more likely than not, documented corporate records) corporate actions taken by an corporate officer in a public traded corporation.

nuf said... til the next Ghosn article

anybody care about what Kelly might be doing... hmmmmmmm

Pay attention Boys and Girls, why aren't any of you asking about Kelly.

FEAR KELLY! prosecutors and Saikawa cronies. If Kelly is a true corporate attorney worth his salt and Ghosn's trust, Kelly has extensive copies of all corporate records/the paper trail of every action/decision Ghosn took/made as Chairman at Nissan proving all was legal and Ghosn's innocence.

Ghosn's confines may not be comfortable, but bet he's watching all of this like it's a Japanese TV Drama.

Ghosn and Kelly's litigation for wrongful termination, defamation, etc. will be interesting....

Posted in: Ghosn's wife says he is suffering 'harsh' treatment in detention center See in context

How does a corporate issue that should be handled in house by the Board of Directors end up being a criminal issue. Nissan needs to grow up like anyone else posting comments who thinks that Ghosn is guilty. Why didn't Saikawa and the unnamed whistle blower go to Renault's Board of Directors first and have this vetted. And Ghosn is not a flight risk. Ghosn is too well known to be able to leave Japan if monitored.

And about destroying evidence, all the evidence should be evident in corporate records. Really if the prosecutors are worried about destroyed evidence, what evidence do they have that allows them to keep Ghosn incarcerated. FREE Ghosn!!!

Posted in: New allegations against Ghosn concern payments to Saudi businessman See in context

Anyone who believes the articles regarding the ALLEGED illegal activity of Ghosn and Kelly need to 'GROW UP'.

Nissan is a public traded multinational corporation. Records are kept, actions documented, annual third party audits are completed. When you review the allegations against Ghosn and Kelly the conclusion is that the Japanese prosecutors are viewing their actions from a Japanese perspective, not taking into consideration the higher level of accountability that a multinational corporation has.

Just wait til Ghosn and Kelly start their litigation with Nissan...

So Japanese Law is GUILTY until you can prove your INNOCENCE. WTF!!!

If the article is correct, it states: "He is accused..." What about the evidence.

WHY? hasn't the JAFA (Japan Financial Services Agency), the supposed Japanese of the American SEC,

made any statements regarding the actions of Ghosn as CEO or Chairman? LOL
