While this list is subjective & based upon someone eases tongue and cheek assessment of Tokyo- I truly believe that Tokyo is not, even close to being one of the world's greatest cities - due to it's lack of racial integration and plurality - like real excitement .- New York may not have the best rail system in the world but hey It's N.Y.. .. Tokyo -has far too many misses than hits..
