Posted in: Majority of weight-loss products fail to cut kilos See in context

I could stand to lose some weight, maybe some PPL think I am "typical fat American" as I heard some refer to us as...163 cm, and 67 kilos...actually like my weight I am 34 yrs old and have 3 children, I used to run track in school and play volleyball, then when older I used to walk alot, but as my kids got older, I seemed to get lazy and haven't done any exercise in over a yr, which I have gained 9 kilos..I tried to take some pills to lose the weight but they just accelerated my heart rate. So I have 2 things to do, or get off my butt and exercise or deal with it, as long as I don't gain more weight I am ok with it.I feel chubby but the Ideal weight for a 5"4 woman is 45 kilos to 65 kilos so I ma not far off the mark.

I agree it is up to the individual, I for one open doors and hold them open for others at times but I am not the type that expects ppl to do these things but when they do it does not go un- noticed I always say ty, it is a nice gesture...but not something that should be expected..

Well lots to read here, Many good points.

The war in Afghanistan is a waste of time money, and lives.

This release of documents could do alot more harm than good, sad really, I think this was a huge mistake and hope the ppl who let this info out to be punished, in the right way...

But I also have mixed feelings, we all know war is not civil and is horrid, along many other terms we could find to use. Every country will go through harsh measures to "look good" and top the truth, not something I can condone but I am sure Afghanistan has many of these same types of documents of things they have done illegally and that could also shine the same kind of light on things that happen "behind the scenes" as well.

To have someone post this was wrong on their part, they did not think of the lives of others, and the damage it could do. I agree with…

nandakandamanda Some geek thinks he can get his moment of glory,

A moment of glory, good thing the govt. isn’t like the mafia, or the person/s involved would be walking around watching their backs all paranoid =0

Yuri....The US is saying to North Korea, "you may draw when ready partner". Sort of like in the old west.

That is how I feel...It's childish and ignorant (on sll sides involved)...NK might just be blowing hot air, but can you imagine if they did attack and all for what..one sunken ship and 46 sailors..Don't get me wrong it is sad but is it worth a war? Seriously others measures could be taken to prove a point.

Beautiful words..Sinibadli...

Angelina and Brad, are very helpful and caring ppl, I do no think adopting these children were for publicity, and also remember , we the ppl only hear and read what others post, most of which is untrue as we know how the media works. It's easy to judge others when we really do not know them, ppl assume to much at times.

Zenny11

Starting to wonder will the USA be the cause of WWIII?

They seem to be stepping on a lot of toes over the last few years.

I have wondered about this as well...

@Sarge.."How could military action against Iran be more likely now, with Obama as president, than when Bush was president"?

And just how is Obama different or better than Bush? Obama doesn't give a care if we go to war, if we create worldwar 3.."we" meaning the American govt. Have you really seen Obama trying to keep peace?

"why one is suited up and others not"..maybe they are allowed to choose their own clothes? Where are the twins? Vivienne and Knox, home with daddy?

For him it is more than likely a treat and a way to cool off..And though he is soooo cute..i do not wish for any mant o look like this!

Funny how Obama come into office and wanted to "end the war", lol..now he is helping to provoke one..just to prove a point of "power"..it's not about overlooking 46 dead ppl, it is about being civil and knowing when and how to take action...hope Obama is on one of those ships..just in case all hell breaks lose. Hope not though..I read an article on Fidel Castro in an interview he gave, Interesting but disturbing as well..

The enemy you leave alive today will only come back tomorrow.

right, as it has been forever this way, and has always been. But still it's a war that will never be won..test tech and tactic of course is far more important than lives!

Of course he/they dont have that power, they are ppl who have others wipe there arses for them, so they don't get their hands dirty...but they can at least have a heart and see being in Afghanistan, is a waste of time and money..

Yeah I say put Obama and Bush on the battlefield, let them fight the damn unwinnable war!...Easy to command from behind a desk, they should get their hands dirty for once and act like real men, retreat and get the troops out! How many more ppl have to die?

To me this is scary...hope nothing comes of it..did anyone read an article on Fidel Castro claiming the U.S was who sunk the S.K ship?

Maybe they are not helping "meaning the U.S " with the nuclear tensions but to claim it was the U.S who did it, wonder where this is coming from..

But I agree with TokyoGas...evening or early morning is good, I used to walk and jog by the beach in the early morning alot of ppl do that, even the older ppl in their 60's and up take morning strolls, I miss it, ppl waving and saying good morning..I think I'm gonna start doing it again..I need it..

He may not have lost all his senses, but he is acting like he has no sense...Then we ask ourselves why the world is the way it is, and the answer is because of ppl like Chavez a Bush and all these ppl who want to be leaders just to prove a point in "power" I say to much power is given to these ppl, the country belongs to the ppl not just who governs it...I hope they can finally come to some sort of agreement but to me it looks like it won't be so easy now...fire has been tossed on the wood.
