So far, I've flown almost all the Asian airlines except for Malaysia air. I think Cebu Pacific (which is a budget airline) tops them all in terms of passenger assistance and smoothness while on air. Second is Thai airways and Asiana, third is JAL and the worst of them all is Philippine Airlines.
