Was his DNA (of what sort? Hair, Blood, semen?) on the girl or just in the nearby general area? I mean that's gotta suck if you were just passing by the area unaware and somehow something happened and you left your DNA mark behind such as a strand of hair. Talk about bad luck.
But if his DNA was ON her then there should be plenty enough evidence to convict.
