Residents of Japan maybe yes.

But residents of Tokyo, definitely no.

Don’t open your door or answer the phone if you’re not expecting anyone. And when then check if it’s the person you’re expecting. Paranoid... I know. But generally works well.

If the measures had been applied before the (Golden Week) holidays, I don't think infections would have spread this far."

Measures were applied before GW. People didn't listen. The airports were F U L L of travelers.

Why should they listen?

Do they government officials listen to us? Do they care about our lives? Everyday people die. EVERY D A Y.

Short and powerful..

No way it was about the SoE. Maybe he was making a dirty reference?

Why nobody goes to check what’s going on when you hear somebody screaming!?

Do we have to wait until somebody is beat to death?? If somebody interrupted she might have been injured but would be alive. It might be risky but what if that happened to someone in their family? Would you wait for the police to arrive?

What an apathetic approach.

The very beginning (10-14 second) of this intro-video shows how immature they are. That’s definitely what other women need.

Another stupid idea Japan.

That's not how you bridge gender inequality.

Posted in: Suga to declare state of emergency in Osaka; no decision on Tokyo See in context

Also why isn't the govt increasing hospital bed space? Convert fields, stadiums, gyms, etc. into field hospitals to take care of the less severe patients and leave the severe one for the actual hospitals.

It's not about the spaces or beds, or anything like that. It's all about doctors and nurses, which they don't have. Each ICU bed in Japan requires ICU 5 nurses. It doesn't scale.

Maybe if they didn’t tamper with their entry test results, we would have more (female) doctors and nurses.

Karma...Japan. Karma.
