Police in Sagamihara, Kanagawa Prefecture have arrested a 34-year-old unemployed man on suspicion of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old girl on the grounds of a vacant house last September.
According to police, Ryota Yamaguchi approached the girl as she was home from buying a birthday present for her father at around 7 p.m. on Sept 3, TV Asahi reported. Yamaguchi is said to have called out to the girl and then dragged her onto the grounds of the vacant house.
Later, a teacher noticed the girl crying, asked her what had happened and then called 110.
Yamaguchi was identified after an analysis of street surveillance camera footage.
Police said he has admitted to the allegation.

Seeing how the former law maker in the other recent article who raped a 12 or 13 year-old didn't have to serve any time, this guy should get off scott free.
BTW, JT, a type here:

Another unemployed man? I thought there was a labor shortage? More seriously, why mention that he was unemployed anyway? Does it make a difference?

It make no Diff but the number of unemployed men is staggering all you need to do is just walk into a Pachinko place and start counting.
They are the pro's in scamming the system, AM they go to their Psychiatrist to get their pills and extensions then strait to gambling where they get their warm noodle cups and tea for about 300 yen and sit behind the machines all day long.
In a way They are working but not paying any taxes, scamming the system and their families. and the system is okay with that.
