I'm surprised some entreprenurial genius hasn't come up with Godzilla insurance policies for homeowners. Framed certificates would make great gifts.

Well maybe we can invite folks like Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un to a private film screening followed by a discussion session on why it's a bad thing to constantly theaten the use of nuclear weapons.

Based on the absolute obsession they have with insurance here, you might well be onto something.
"While there is no proof that Godzilla exists, there is also no proof that he does not. If he got mad and decided to destroy your home / company (delete whichever is less important to you, so if you're a salaryman delete "home"), would your current insurance policy cover it? This is unlikely. Now please watch a third rate, washed-up talento explain, patronisingly and through the medium of interpretive dance, why you need Godzilla Insurance".

Godzilla had been adapted from the original atomic weapon threat to environmental issues and the Fukushima disaster.
I guess he has even faced the present threat of automation in the form of MechaGodzilla.

"Earth's creeping environmental catastrophe" is a notion mocked by those that want to see no changes made that could provide environmental protections to the majority, but elements of risk to the fossils running the planet, including a desperate despot running an aging gas station, whose products when burned further degrade life on Earth, and who on several occasions has threatened to use nuke weapons which could ultimately end life on Earth.
