Except that's not the case at all. They weren't there as they're not in the Quad.

The US has separate, fully-fledged alliances (and trilaterals, etc.) with them, and neither trusts China in any way.

There was no statement on Modi's position.

Of course this means that Modi did not join in promoting the lies about China.

Unlike the fawning Kishida, Modi is fully aware of the advantage his country gains by maintaining a neutral stance between the US and China (and Russia).

Japan could do the same.

I agree that China should leave all of East Asia alone and keep their substandard politics to themselves.

Imagine the confusion these leaders will feel after everything discussed planned. A majority of it will evaporate. Poof gone. Under a Harris or Trump admin. Its only natural.

I do believe the QUAD will endure. But what was talked about and planned?

China is closer to the Philippines in wealth than the US. You should be nice to your senpai the Philippines.
