So what you're saying is the police should have not investigated a crime that has been reported six years after the fact? Or just not as thoroughly?

The police should definitely investigate and thoroughly analyze the evidence that has been provided.

Oh wait... there IS no evidence. wah-wah-waaaaah

It can also be withdrawn during. If the other person is telling you to stop at any time, and you don't, that's rape.

I'm sorry you had to go through that. Rejection hurts anytime it happens.

If someone were to withdraw consent during, then you'd just stop (not even a single pump beyond withdrawal of consent, mind you!) And it wouldn't be rape.

We should also remember that consent is fluid. Consent can be immediately withdrawn at any time depending on the behavior of the other party.

Correction: Consent can be immediately withdrawn at any time UP TO the point that the deed is done. Beyond that, it cannot be withdrawn.

Also, the behavior of the other party is not relevant. You can withdraw consent for any reason.

I guess the fundamental question should be: “Were the two women too drunk to consent to these sexual acts?”

"too drunk to consent" is a tricky one.

You're forgetting the part where you ask if Ito was also drunk.

What if they only watched TV and played videogames the whole time, and no physical contact was made. Could they still charge him with kidnapping if he asked her to go with him, and she accepted?

Yes, kidnapping.

Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it. That isn't a problem with the current generation because they never bother to learn it in the first place.

Yes. The current generation is too busy importing terrorism. Don't worry. Eventually, enough people will stand up and do the right thing.

Posted in: Woman, boyfriend arrested after her 5-year-old daughter dies from hypothermia See in context

How exactly do an UNEMPLOYED man and an UNEMPLOYED woman afford to live in an apartment with 2 small children?

As therougou pointed out, welfare. A single individual can get about 120,000. With kids, I'm guessing another 30,000 per kid. Two adults and two kids and they're looking at 300K - certainly a livable amount. Still, there are restrictions on how much can be spent on rent, but there are ways around that.

And now society get to continue paying for them!

Posted in: Postmaster arrested for allegedly raping two 13-year-old girls See in context

The only important question is, why did a 56 year old man take two little girls to a hotel and rape them?

Only? Another important question, why do parents let their daughters go unhinged online? Parents need to be taking a bit more interest - and being a bit more responsible - in what their children are doing.

The doxxing of people may be a considered a civic duty and public service if it means outing those who are supporting the Zionist cause by aiding and abetting genocide and giving comfort to war criminals. Those guilty should stop whining and wingeing: being doxxed is not the same as being bombed.

The difference is this: The IDF is taking extraordinary care to prevent civilian injuries and death. Doxxing supports a focused attack on an innocent individual.
